Do I need experience in trucking to work at MAT Dispatch?
Not always. Dispatcher and sales roles are open to people without trucking experience if they communicate well and stay organised. We train you on the industry side.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. Our roles can be filled on-site in Wilmington, Delaware or remotely within the US, provided you cover US business hours.
