Job overview

You are the first MAT Dispatch voice a carrier hears. You explain honestly how we work, what we charge and what we will not promise — then you sign the ones we can genuinely help.

This is a consultative sales role, not a script. The carriers you close stay with the company because you set expectations correctly on day one.

Role FAQ

About this role

Is the Sales Executive role commission only?
No. The role combines a base with commission tied to carriers that stay with the service, so you are rewarded for signing the right carriers rather than the most.
Do you provide leads?
Yes. Our marketing generates inbound enquiries from the website and campaigns, and you also build your own outreach list.
Do I need trucking experience for the sales role?
Trucking experience is preferred but not required. We train you on dispatch, fees, factoring and compliance before you take calls on your own.
