    Day 1

    Send your documents

    MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance and a signed dispatch agreement. One email, about five minutes of your time.

    Day 1

    Meet your dispatcher

    A named dispatcher calls to learn your lanes, home time, rate floor and equipment before booking anything.

  3. 3

    Day 2–3

    Approve your first load

    We search, negotiate and send the rate confirmation. You approve it — dispatch is never forced.

  4. 4

    Weekly

    Get paid and repeat

    We handle broker setups, BOLs, invoicing and follow-up while you drive. Fee is charged on gross linehaul only.

How long does onboarding take?
Documents are reviewed the same business day. Most carriers are booked on their first load within 24 to 72 hours.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum. You pay a percentage of gross linehaul on loads you approve.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The dispatch agreement can be cancelled at any time with written notice — we keep carriers by performance, not paperwork.
Can you help me get my own authority?
Yes. Our company formation service handles MC/DOT filing, BOC-3, UCR and IFTA registration so you can start legally.
