- Mailing address: MDX Logistics LLC (d/b/a MAT Dispatch), 135 Vivid Lane, Dallas, GA 30132, United States
3. What your takedown notice must include
To be effective under the DMCA, your written notice must contain all of the following.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
- Identification of the infringing material and the exact URL(s) on our site so we can locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
4. How we respond
We review complete notices promptly, usually within 2 business days. If the notice is valid we remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who posted it, forwarding a copy of your notice.
Incomplete notices are returned with a note on what is missing. We may also request written clarification before acting.
5. Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
You must also consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or Delaware if you are outside the United States) and accept service of process from the complaining party. If we receive no notice of a filed court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
6. Misrepresentation warning
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not file a notice unless you are confident in your claim.
7. Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts, submissions and posting privileges of users who are repeat infringers, and we may remove content that we reasonably believe infringes even before receiving a formal notice.
8. Other copyright questions
For licensing, permission requests or general copyright questions that are not takedown notices, email info@matdispatchllc.com or call +1 (678) 973-1909.
