What is truck dispatch training?
Truck dispatch training teaches you how to source loads, negotiate rates with brokers, plan trips around hours of service and manage the documents that get a carrier paid.
Who teaches the MAT Dispatch training?
Senior members of our own dispatch desk — dispatchers who book freight for owner-operators every day.
Do you offer certification?
No. Truck dispatching has no recognised certification or accreditation body in the US, so we do not issue one. We teach the working process instead.
Can I train while working full time?
Yes. The material is self-paced with live sessions, and most people cover it over several weeks around a job.
Does training lead to a job at MAT Dispatch?
Training does not guarantee employment. Our open roles are listed on the careers page and training gives you the fundamentals those roles require.
